Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

To ensure convenience and a luxurious experience, Créate Paris allows returns and refunds for approved products within 15 days of delivery. Créate Paris retains the right to cancel and void any transactions that are under suspicion of fraudulent activity or otherwise.

Returns are accepted if:

• The product is not received by the customer. The customer has the right to request a refund of the product amount only after deducting the amount and detailed taxes (if any), and the full amount can be refunded to the customer within 15 days from the date of approval for the refund by the website.
• The product carries a factory defect. Defeted products can be replaced within 3 days of receipt

Products returned in the following cases will not be approved:

• Return is made after the 15-day period.
• The product is used, damaged, not in the condition in which it was received, has the security label removed, and has had any modification.
• The serial number has been tampered with or cancelled.
• The product does not include or has damaged packaging.

REFUNDS

After passing our quality assurance tests, refunds will be processed and released to the same payment method within 15 working days, depending on your bank. Please note, shipping will not be refunded, and shipping cost for the return must be covered by the customer.

Insurance

All insurance policies approved within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

The price of the original product on the site does not include any fees, taxes, etc. Any duties or taxes will be added to the total final price. In addition, the customer is responsible for any additional import fees.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order orders are delivered within no more than thirty (30) days and up to sixty (60) days.
